Flat is a multi-disciplinary design firm founded in 1996 and located in NYC. We work with a varied clientele to solve identity, interactive, editorial and environmental design challenges. Our practice is predicated on the belief that good design facilitates the smooth flow of information and enlivens all forms of social discourse.
Flat is independently owned and operated by designers who bring historically proven design principles, the highest quality production values, and a fresh perspective to every project. Our ability to bring to light the underlying communication needs of an organization, conceive of and shape ideas, and engage any audience has allowed us to work across the full spectrum of culture.
